How the card behaves
- One card per business
- One live stamp card at a time. To launch a different reward, end the current card first.
- Edit it while it is live
- Change the reward or the number of stamps. Stamps already collected stay. Fewer stamps can make a card ready for its reward right away.
- Leftover stamps are kept
- A reward uses up exactly the stamps it needs. Anything above that stays on the card.
- One person, one card
- The same email cannot get a second card. A lost card comes back through a 15-minute link sent to that email.

Questions owners ask
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phones.
How fast can I start?
Sign-up and the card take about 5 minutes. Print the QR poster and your first customer can add the card the same day.
What do I need?
A phone or a laptop for the cabinet, a phone for stamping and a printer for the QR poster. No special hardware.
What if a customer loses their phone?
If they left an email, they get a link that is valid for 15 minutes and brings back the same card with all stamps. Without an email the card cannot be restored.
Does a customer have to give their email?
No, email is optional. It is only needed to restore the card later.
How do I add a stamp?
Open Stamper on any phone, scan the QR on the customer's card and tap add. Your staff can do it with their own accounts.
Can I change the reward or the number of stamps later?
Yes, at any time. Collected stamps stay, and the card in the customer's phone updates by itself.
Does it work for tourists?
Yes. Any iPhone or Android adds the card, whatever country it comes from.
How much does it cost?
€15 a month for one business. For chains and special projects there is a Custom plan. You do not need a credit card to start.
Can I have points or levels?
Not yet. Today loyalto.me is a stamp card, done well.
