Answers for business owners and for customers with a card in their phone.
For business owners
How do my staff add stamps?
Add them in Settings, on the Team tab. They open Stamper in the phone browser, scan the QR on the customer card and add a stamp or give the reward.
Where do I get the QR poster?
In the cabinet, on the Promote page. Print the A4 poster and put it at the counter, on the table or at the door.
Can I change the card after launch?
Yes: name, colours, reward and the number of stamps. Stamps already collected stay. The card in customers phones updates by itself.
What happens if I lower the number of stamps?
Customers who already have enough stamps become ready for the reward right away. If you raise the number, they need more stamps.
Can I run two stamp cards at once?
No. One business has one live stamp card. To launch a different reward, end the current card first.
What happens to extra stamps when a reward is given?
The reward uses up exactly the number of stamps it needs. Anything above that stays on the card.
How do I send a message to customers?
Open Messages in the cabinet. The message appears on the card in the customer phone.
For customers
How do I add the card?
Scan the QR code at the counter with your phone camera and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. No app is needed.
Do I have to give my email?
No. An email is only needed if you want to restore the card later.
I lost my phone or deleted the card. What now?
If you gave an email, scan the same QR again and enter the same email. You get a link, valid for 15 minutes, that brings back your card with all stamps. Without an email the card cannot be restored.
Can I get a second card with the same email?
No. The same email always returns the same card.
Where do I see my stamps?
In Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The card updates by itself after each stamp.
How do I remove the card?
Delete it in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet like any other card.
Who sees my data?
The business sees your stamps, and your email if you gave it. Read more in our privacy page.
